Collect
Stalks, husk, shell, sawdust, bagasse, and other dry agricultural residue come in from the fields and mills around the works.

Dry
Moisture is brought down so the material will press cleanly and store without spoiling.

Press
High pressure forms briquettes or pellets. No glue and no chemical binder. The plant’s own lignin holds the shape.

Check
Each lot is looked over for moisture, density, and how the piece holds together before it is cleared to load.

Dispatch
Bagged or loaded loose, so a plant can take a truck without waiting on the season.

Boiler
Steam and heat for textile, food, chemicals, brick, pharma, and any works that already burns solid fuel.
